PROCEDURE:   Scrathed inner lining of buccal cavity with a blunt stick and place the material on a dry clean slide added a drop of neutral red or methylene blue. Place a cover slip and press to cause spreading of cell and observe under the low power magnification and later higher magnification of microscope.
